Lowcountry Land Conservation Symposium

About the Symposium

Land conservation in the Lowcountry has always been a team effort. Every two years, the Foundation brings together representatives from land conservation organizations for full-day symposium to learn about current issues and best practices in land conservation. Each symposium features a deep dive into a topic area. Through keynotes, panel discussions, conversations, and breakout sessions, the symposium offers land conservation practitioners, community members, and local officials to engage deeply with key themes and one another. The symposium has grown from its inception in 2017, now offering the opportunity to participate to more than 300 people throughout the Lowcountry.
